PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable signal lamp which does not need a red signal rod that is used for daytime and has both function s of a blue signal lamp and a red signal lamp of daytime. SOLUTION: This signal lamp consists of a cylindrical grip part 1, a color generating inner cylinder 2 which has one end fixed to the part 1, contains an LED 4 serving as the red and blue light sources and emits the red or blue light and an extendible red cover 3 which covers the outer circumference of the cylinder 2. The cover 3 consists of plural cylinders 8 which are concentrically put on each other in a freely sliding way and also has a recessed part 10 which is locked by the projecting stoppers 11 and 12 provided on the outer circumference of the cylinder 2 when the innermost cylinder 8a of the cover 3 is most extended and also when the cover 3 is folded. |
