PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mount fragile and small parts or the like such as a core to a printed-circuit board or the like by inverting the rear and front surfaces of the board and retaining first parts at a hole so that second parts can be freely inserted from the rear surface side of the board into the hole when the rear surface of the board becomes an upper side. SOLUTION: A positioning hole 4 of a substrate body 2 is inserted into a guide pin 23, and cores 6 are inserted into a hole 3. In this case, a core-mounting tool is used. Then, a lid body 31 is closed, a spacer 32 is positioned at the side of a body 6a of the cores, and a substrate body 2 is pressed by a pressing part 33. Also, an engagement part is engaged to a hook, thus integrating a frame part 20 and a lid 30. Then, a slider 12 is moved, a retention part is rotated, and the frame 20 and the lid 30 are inverted. After that, cores 7 are inserted into the hole 3 by the core-mounting tool. Also, since the cores 6 have moved to a lower portion, a projecting part 7b of the cores 7 can be easily inserted into the hole 3. |
