PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even a user, who has no special computer knowledge, to easily prepare the sheet of a routine form by reading information corresponding to a selected item out of a storage means and displaying it at an arranging position instructed by a second graphical user interface(GUI). SOLUTION: The user drags and arranges the selected item of an arranging item column 50 to the image of an application form and a selection item data input frame 52 is displayed at the arranging position. Then, a real address determined by the selected items of a sender column 48 and an arrangement item column 50 as the second GUI is displayed in the selection item data input frame 52. Thus, item information corresponding to the position of a mouse/ cursor is acquired by the function of a list box while operating the click button of the mouse. Thus, even a user, who has no special computer knowledge, can easily prepare the sheet of the routine form. |
