PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent permanent deformation of a coil spring without the increase of the size of the coil spring and an increase in an elastic modulus, in a charge valve for a supercritical refrigerating cycle. SOLUTION: This charge valve is provided at a valve element 920 (an operating stem 922) with a stopper 924 to regulate a maximum moving amount when a valve element 920 is moved in an opening direction as a result of collision with a valve body 910. This constitution, since excessive bending to adhesion of a coil spring 930 is prevented from occurring, prevents permanent deformation of the soil spring 930 without the increase of the size of the coil spring 930 and the increase of an elastic modulus.
