PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording device or the like by which a useless noise is prevented from being generated when recording is interrupted or re-started and also when information is reproduced including parts before and after the interruption or re-start and by which the concerned information is recorded so as to be reproducible with a simple processing. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a multiplying part 26 for respectively multiplying audio data DAI by a plurality of window functions which are respectively provided with time axial characteristics for fading-in/out and with a superimposition on a time axis between the window functions on the time axis and for respectively generating a plurality of kinds of multiplication data DWW. When the recording of audio data DAI is interrupted/re-started, multiplication data DWW corresponding to the window functions including the timing for interruption/re-starting are replaced by zero information in a replacing part 28, zero information is recorded in place of multiplication data DWW including the timing for interruption/re-starting and, then, the recording of multiplication data DWW is interrupted/re-started.
