PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with a horizontal polarization radar device as well as a circular polarization radar as a matter of course but also a vertical polarization radar by equipping a transponder with a circular polarization antenna part for receiving all electronic waves and a transmission part for generating a plurality of pulses with the electronic wave being received at a reception part as a trigger, and the like. SOLUTION: An electronic wave being received by a helical-type circular polarization antenna part 1 is supplied to a transmission part 3 as a trigger signal for indicating the arrival of radar waves. The transmission part 3 generates a plurality of sweep signals at the same frequency band as the radar wave based on a trigger signal from the reception part 2 and transmits them to the helical-type circular polarization antenna part 1 which transmits a plurality of sweep signals to the air from the transmission part 3. Electromagnetic waves being radiated into the air are received mainly by a circular polarization radar and are recognized as an encounter signal. In this case, a case part 5 with a radome accommodates the helical-type circular polarization antenna part 1, the reception part 2, the transmission part 3, and a battery part 4.
