PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antitheft device improved in its antitheft reliability. SOLUTION: This antitheft device has a partial spherical recessing part 6a at a part of a holder part 6 where a clamp part 5 touched the holder part 6. A columnar sensor lever 7 is inserted movably back and forth into a through- hole drilled at the center of the part 6a to detect the presence or absence of an antitheft object. The part 5 uses the polyester elastomer having hardness of about 90. An area of the part 5 where the part 5 touches the part 6 has a partially spherical projecting part 5a which is fit into the part 6a of the part 6. A columnar inserting recessing part is formed at the center of the part 5a and the lever 7 projected from the part 6 is put into the columnar recessing part when the part 5 touches the part 6.
