MASCARA CONTAINING WAX, FILM-FORMING POLYMER AND SILICONE

PURPOSE: Prepared is mascara composition useful for the makeup of keratin fiber, especially the hair of lash, which is easily and quickly applicable to form uniform makeup while giving comfortable feeling in application and having excellent makeup characteristic and retention characteristics. CONSTITUTION: The cosmetic composition for the coating of keratin fiber contains at least one kind of wax, at least one kind of film-forming polymer and at least one kind of polyoxyalkylenated silicone. The film-forming polymer is composed of at least one kind of anionic polymer and at least one kind of cationic polymer having dominantly non-crosslinked structure and the wax contains at least one kind of hydrogenated vegetable oil.
