PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate the spectral reflectance of a subject by using a plurality of spectral images obtained by photographing the subject with a multiband camera, without having to use an object whose spectral reflectance is known. SOLUTION: A correcting means 2 corrects image data S0, representing a plurality of spectral images obtained by a multiband camera 1 so as to make it linear with respect to the quantity of light to obtain image data S1. An operating means 3 calculates the spectral energy distribution of each pixel in a plurality of spectral images and further calculates its integral value. Integral values are sorted in the order of values, and a pixel group taking upper 2% values is selected. The average value of integral values in the pixel group is calculated and is defined as spectral energy data B0 for a light source, when photographing is performed. A normalizing means 4 normalizes the data S1 with the data B0 and calculates spectral reflectance data B1 of the subject. |
