PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation support system capable of performing the notifying of the occurrence of an interaction according to the skill of a user. SOLUTION: This system is an operation support system in which an dialogue history preparing part 3 prepares data of the order of operations based on information on the operations inputted from a dialogue monitoring part 2 and a set function evaluating and preparing part 4 retrieves data of the degree of necessity of notification from a degree of necessity of notification storage part 9 storing degrees of necessity of notifications of interactions corresponding to data of the orders and which displayingly outputs a corresponding message when the degree of necessity of notification exceeds a prescribed degree of necessity. |
