PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress high frequency noise without additionally providing a filter by molding a substrate for a plane antenna provided with a transmitting and receiving semiconductor device from sintered ceramics including flat soft magnetic powder. SOLUTION: A plane antenna is obtained by forming an electronic pattern 21 designed as a micro strip line being a distribution constant circuit on the surface of a substrate 11 for the plane antenna. In addition, a through hole 12 is provided for the substrate 11 and a line 22 is put through the through hole 12. One end of the line 22 is connected with an electronic circuit pattern 21 and the other end is connected with an AC power source. In addition, an earth conductor 31 is provided on the backside of the substrate 11. The substrate 11 consists of sintered ceramics of alumina material containing flat soft magnetic powder 11a by 50 to 95 volume % and this powder 11a consists of Cr, Si, Al and Fe.
