PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily stir and mix processing liquids in replenishing tanks when the fresh processing liquids are supplied from the replenishing tank into processing tanks. SOLUTION: The developer replenishing tanks are the replenishing tanks 51 to 53 which are communicated with the processing tanks 31 to 36 packed with the processing liquids for development processing therein through supply ports 512 and excecute the replenishing of the processing liquids. These tanks are constituted by providing the tank bodies with stirring ports 571 formed at the proper points thereof and bellows-like stirring means 57 for stirring the processing liquids at these stirring ports. In such a case, the bellows-like stirring means are formed integrally with the replenishing tanks described above.
