SOLUTION: This device comprises a water quality testing means 1, water testing tube body 2, wiper 4, control device, etc. The water quality testing means 1 to use a CCD camera is opposed to the water testing tube body 2 at an appropriate interval inside a housing 5 to detect the residual concentration of water for water tests introduced to a test region H in the water testing tube body 2.
