PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sample residual molten metal in a crucible after lifting single crystals by the Czochralski method (CZ method) by integrally constituting an inner container body to be in contact with residual molten metal stored inside a container body and an outer container body to be in contact with residual molten metal outside the container body inside the crucible in such a state separable from each other. SOLUTION: This jig is composed of a container body 11 formed in a bowl shape and made of a synthetic quartz with few impurities, provided with a double-bottom structure, and constituted of an inside inner container body 11a and outside outer container body 11b. A gap 17 is formed between the inner container body 11a and outer container body 11b, an opening 14 is provided for preventing the destruction of the container body 11 due to the expansion of gas accumulated in the gap 17, and the gap 17 is opened to the outside by the opening 14. The inner container body 11a and outer container body 11b are integrally formed, and both container bodies are integrated by a connecting part 13 simultaneously formed with them. Then the jig is suspended in a CZ furnace by a suspending device 15.
