PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to restrain usage of conducting layer material forming a circuit pattern even if the number and the area of sensing parts are increased, make special arrangement of an insulating layer for preventing a migration phenomenon or the like unnecessary when used as a pressure sensor, and realize manufacturing at a low cost. SOLUTION: This sensor 10 has a plurality of detecting parts PS. In the detecting parts PS, circuit patterns of first and second insulating films 11, 12, wherein the circuit patterns having conducting layers 11a, 12a are continuously formed in desired shapes, are made to face each other. A spacer 13 constituted of a third insulating film having a plurality of aperture parts 13a is sandwiched between both of the insulating films, and the circuit patterns are connected through each of the aperture parts. The respective circuit patterns are formed in a linear shape on the first and the second insulating films 11, 12.
