PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently create a convection by interposing a pipe mat obtained by aligning many heat exchange pipes obtained by communicating with supply main pipes through return main pipes in a predetermined direction between plate materials, and forming a fluid passage between the plate materials. SOLUTION: Protruding strips 2 are alternately formed on front and rear surfaces of a flexible plate material (p) made of a synthetic resin, an opposite side of the strips formed on the front surface side is made a recess 1a on the rear surface (b), and an opposite side of the strips 2 formed at the rear surface (b) side is made a recess on the front surface. The mat is folded at a center of a heat exchange pipe 7 as a folding portion, and a connecting portion of the pipe 7 to the supply main pipe and a connecting portion of the pipe 7 to the return main pipe are alternately deviated at a half-pitch from each other. The mat is placed so that the strips and the pipe 7 perpendicularly cross on the planely broadened material (p), and the material (p) is wound in a rolled state at both the main pipes as a center to constitute a roll (r).
