PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste oil receiving device which can prevent tools used for extraction of a waste oil from being scattered. SOLUTION: A waste oil receiving container 12 for collecting waste oil discharged from an automobile is movably set on a rail 11 located under the automobile. A tool fitting part 14 is integrally incorporated with this container 12. The tool fitting part 14 removably locks tools 13 adapted to be used for extraction of the waste oil, by means of tool locking hooks 32 projected from a lower attaching panel 31 suspended from the container 12. An article placing panel part 33 is provided on the lower part of the attaching panel 31. Further, the tools 13 used for extraction of the waste oil are attached to the tool locking hooks 32 and are moved together with the container 12. Required one of the tools 13 is taken out from the associated hook 32 at a position where the container 12 is used, and after the use thereof, the tool is returned to the hook 32, thereby it is possible to prevent the tools 13 from being scattered.
