PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately obtain a fully charged capacity during driving while considering a gassing voltage and a temperature by obtaining the fully charged capacity when a load fluctuates from a remaining capacity in gassing, a chargeable capacity, and a fully charged capacity without any load at a reference temperature. SOLUTION: The capacity measuring device 18 of a battery 5 is provided with a memory 20, a remaining capacity estimation processing part 21, a fully charged capacity calculation processing part 22, a gassing detection processing part 23, a fully charged current switching instruction processing part 24, a fully charged capacity calculation processing part 25, and a fully charging correction processing part 26, thus detecting the temperature of the battery 5 by a temperature sensor 13, obtaining a gassing voltage based on the temperature by the gassing detection processing part 23 constantly, and estimating a fully charged capacity at a fully charged capacity axis from time when a gassing occurs even during driving according to remaining capacity and fully charged capacity in gassing by fully charged capacity calculation processing part 25. |
