PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting device of a compressor which enables easy change of the direction of the compressor. SOLUTION: In a fitting device of a compressor having a constitution wherein the compressor 1 provided with a projecting fitting part 3 having fitting holes 2 on three sides at least in the lower part is mounted on stud bolts 11 provided upright on a fitting plate 8, with vibration isolating rubber 14 interposed, and the fitting plate 8 is fixed on a base 5, the external shape of the fitting plate 8 is formed to be almost triangular and the stud bolts 11 are provided upright at the vertexes 9 of the plate, while a round hole 12 being an axially supporting part is formed at the center and a circular projecting part 6 fitting in the axially supporting part is formed on the base 5. The fitting plate 8 and the base 5 are fixed together by fixing means.
