PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily obtain a fixing structure of a split core with a simple structure, even in the case of disposing a salient-pole at an outer peripheral side as in an outer rotor armature. SOLUTION: A plurality of salient-poles 24 disposed at an outer peripheral side are held at a predetermined position in an immovable state via a magnetic flux cut-off portion 26 made of an insulator, so that a drive torque generated at the overall core is received even at the salient-pole 24 of the outer peripheral side, together with a fixed portion 21 of a central side, and hence a holding strength of a split core 20A is increased.
