PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably support a diamond crystalline plate without bringing a grating face into an unstable condition by thermal shock even when a thermal load is applied by an X-ray. SOLUTION: When a diamond crystalline plate 4 irradiated with an X-ray is attached onto a base 1, an end face of the crystalline plate 4 is joined on an element fixing block 3 comprising a diamond single crystal, using the first joining material not fused by thermal load caused by the X-ray, and the element fixing block 3 is attached onto the base 1 by the second joining material not fused by the thermal load. Stable bonding, reduction of temperature gradient and suppression of thermal strain are thus attained.
