PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a transfer function during communication of an ISDN network to realize an incoming call transfer function. SOLUTION: An ISDN terminal 10 with an analog port responds automatically to an incoming call from another telephone number and sends a message which request start of the transfer function during communication to an ISDN network 26. The ISDN network 26 accepts the request, holds the call and calls a transfer destination. When confirming the response of the transfer destination, the ISDN terminal 10 sends a message which request transfer of the transfer function during communication to the ISDN network 26. The ISDN network 26 accepts the request to transfer the call to the transfer destination. When completion of transfer is confirmed the ISDN terminal 10 release own terminal from both calls.
