PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide motor shaft supporting construction which prolongs the life of a motor, and reduces the number of required parts by preventing scattering of oil impregnated in sintered oil-impregnated bearings. SOLUTION: This is motor shaft supporting construction obtained by passing the end part side of a motor shaft 1 through a sintered oil-impregnated bearing 2 supported by a bearing pressing spring 3, fitting a plurality of washers 12a, 12b, 12c to a part projecting from the bearing 2 of the motor shaft 1 and supporting them with a locating snap ring, and pressing the end surface of the bearing with the washer 12a. The washer 12a, which comes in touch with the bearing 2, is formed so as to be approximately in the shape of a triangle, and pressing strips 11a, 11b-11f are formed in the internal peripheral part of the pressing spring 3. Pressing strips 11a, 11c, 11e from among these are made longer, and support the washer 12a unrotatably interposing the washer 12a between and holding it from three sides inside these strips.
