PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mutually convert the data structures of an old program and a new program without preliminarily preparing a data structure conversion processing program in each data structure of the old program when the new program is introduced. SOLUTION: A data structure conversion process data generating part 60 generates data structure conversion process data 50 by using data structure difference definition data 40 for an old program and data structure difference definition data 41 for a new program. A data structure conversion processing part 70 sets data 21 for a new program by using data 20 for the old program and the data 50. Thus, the data structure of the data 20 for the old program can be converted into the data structure of the data 21 for the new program regardless of the version number of an old version processing program using the data for the old program.
