PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a physical format of optical disk that is suited for a big capacity. SOLUTION: A wobble part AWT that moves in a zigzags direction in the radius direction of an optical disk and a non-wobble part NWT that does not move in a zigzag direction are provided at the track of an optical disk P1 with a track WT1 for recording user data, the combination of the wobble part AWT and the non-wobble part NWT is used, sub-information that is data other than the user data is recorded on the track, and the sub-information is set to conversion sub-information having been converted according to a specific conversion rule.
