The process of manufacturing reinforced concrete slabs (1) comprises stages consisting in arranging in a mold several steel cables and pouring concrete into the mold. Pockets (3a,3b,3c,3d) are made in the freshly poured concrete so as to allow portions (8a,8b,8c,8d) of cables to be visible. These pockets can be used to lift the slab with hooks without danger of the hooks engaging the visible cables. Once the slab has been installed the pockets can be plugged by pouring a compression slab. |
