PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve follow-up performance by independently separating read retainers which are inclined in two directions from each other to eliminate mutual influences. SOLUTION: A work retainer frame 1 is composed of independent frames 1a, 1b individually separated and disposed inside and outside, the outer work retainer frame 1a oscillates back and forth around the axes of a pair of rotors 2, the inner work retainer frame 1b oscillates to left and right around the axes of a pair of rotors 4, and both the work retainer frames 1b, 1a incline separately in different two directions. |
