PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light projector unit capable of cooling a lamp sufficiently and free of scattering of lamp fragments into a projecting apparatus even in case the lamp is ruptured. SOLUTION: A light projector unit is configured so that a lamp 10 is surrounded by a concave reflecting mirror 20 and the reflected light is projected from the front opening of the reflecting mirror 20, wherein the front opening of the mirror 20 is covered with a front plate 30 made of a light transmissive material, and the front plate 30 is furnished with a through hole 31, which is covered with a louver 51 not admitting passage of fragments produced when the lamp 10 breaks. |
