PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a portable and inexpensive detector, capable of detecting a tapping unit and a stealth photographing camera installed at not only a telephone set nut also near a place where a user tries to call by incorporating a means for detecting a radio wave emitted from the tapping unit or the stealth photographing camera using a radio wave and emitting a warning signal to a mobile communications equipment. SOLUTION: A function for singly detecting tapping and stealth photographing is added to mobile communication equipment main body 1, such as a portable telephone set or a PHS so as to detect a tapping unit or a stealth photographing camera installed near a place, where a user calls a telephone by turning on a frequency detecting function power source switch 8. Namely, at turning on of the switch 8, a frequency automatically varying circuit 6 automatically varies a frequency to send to a frequency automatically detecting circuit 4. The circuit 4 rings a warning buzzer 9 at detection of the same frequency as that received from an antenna 5. In this case, tapping unit or the stealth photographing camera can be detected, even during middle of communication only by turning on the switch 8. |
