SOLUTION: Roller devices U for verticaly feeding sake lees S formed into a plate shape constant in thickness at a constant speed in the space of a foreign matter detection part and a foreign matter detector R irradiating one surface of the sake lees S, which is sent to the foreign matter detection part P by the roller devices U, with light to obtain transmitted light from the other surface of the sake less S to subject the same to image processing to detect foreign matter are provided. By this constitution, transmitted light is obtained from the sake less S while sending the sake lees S constant in thickness vertically in the space to detect various foreign matters.</p> |
