PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a cable reel fixture having an axial perpendicular bolt hole without using sliding dies. SOLUTION: A first groove 21 is provided which is cut in the form of U from the lower end of a mounting seat 13d projecting radially in the form of a step from near the lower end of a fixed wall part 13b projected axially downwards from the circumferential wall 13g of a cable reel fixture 13, and a stepped part 23 is provided for covering an opening in the lower end of the first groove. The stepped part 23 is provided with a second groove 22 that is cut in the form of U from the upper end thereof, and the first groove 21 and the second groove 22 form an axial perpendicular bolt hole 24 having an inner peripheral surface closed on its overall periphery. The bolt hole 24 can be formed by causing dies having split faces to mate with each other at the center of the bolt hole 24 from the vertical direction.
