An aqueous suspension (A) of tixocortol pivalate (I) comprises: (a) suspended (I) particles of average diameter 0.5-20 (preferably 1-10) mu m; (b) a surfactant; (c) a viscosity regulator; and (d) water, plus conventional additives. Independent claims are included for: (i) a collutory (i.e. aerosol of droplets) based on (A), having a volume of 100-300 (preferably 150-220) micro l; (ii) a packaged product comprising a container containing (A) and fitted with a dosing pump; and (iii) the preparation of (A), by preparing an aqueous solution comprising (b)-(d) and optionally a further active agent, then suspending (I) in the solution.
