BASE STATION DEVICE, AND METHOD FOR PREVENTING DEGRADATION OF LINE QUALITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent degradation of line quality without increasing of transmission power by lowering transfer rate of transmission data the transfer rate can be lowered if necessary based on the line quality information from a communication terminal by a base station. SOLUTION: Quality information of a received signal measured at each communication terminal is demodulated, after that, separated by a separating part 104 and transmitted to a judging part 105 by the base station. Presence/absence of possibility that the quality of the entire descending line is judged from a rate of a communication terminal with bad quality to occupy in the entire communication terminals by the judging part 105. When most of the communication terminal are with bad quality, possibility of degradation of the entire quality is judged to exist, a control signal is transmitted to a transmission frame creating part 107 so as to perform transmission by lowering the transfer rate of the data the transfer rate of which can be lowered and the transmission frame creating part 107 is made to create a transmission frame with lowered transfer rate of the data to be lowered by a transfer rate switching control part 106. Thus, when the possibility of degradation of the entire descending line exists, interference to others is suppressed and degradation of the quality of the descending line is prevented.
