PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently carry out the manual work in a photogrammetric picture processor by providing an object grouping means, etc., which divides objects into temporary groups at every prescribed number in accordance with the storing order of pictures. SOLUTION: Corresponding objects are respectively decided to pictures read out from a picture storing medium which stores a plurality of pictures. An object grouping means divides the objects into temporary groups at every prescribed number in accordance with the storing order of pictures. In a group displaying area GDA of a screen, 10 objects which are divided into 5 groups, namely, a group 1 (OB1 and OB2), a group 2 (OB3 and OB4),..., a group 5 (OB9 and OB10) are displayed. When 10 or more objects exist, the displayed picture can be scrolled by operating a scroll bar SRB. At the time of drawing a survey drawing, the corresponding image points are designated in paired pictures and the three-dimensional coordinates are specified.
