PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary driving force transmission device capable of reducing loads on a motor etc., reducing energy required for inputting the power used etc., and improving output efficiency. SOLUTION: An input shaft 5 provided with an input means 6 and an input gear 7, and an output shaft 11 provided with an output means 13 and an output gear 12, are journalled to the same axis. A pair of rotary arms 14, 15, both end parts of which are connected by connecting rods 16, 17, are provided, and one of the rotary arms is journalled to the input shaft 5, while the other is journalled to the output shaft 11. A composit gear, in which a first inner gear 20, outer gear 22 engaged with the input gear 7, and a driving gear 24 engaged with the output gear 12 are deployed, is journalled to the connecting rod 16, and a supporting wheel 27 provided with a second input means 28 to be subjected to rotating driving force from the same driving source as the driving source for the input means 6, and a second inner gear 26 engaged with the outer gear 22, is journalled to the output shaft 11.
