PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-adjusting structure where maintenance work for exchanging a filter is facilitated and workability is satisfactory. SOLUTION: This pressure-adjusting structure adjusts the difference in pressures inside and the outside of a cabinet having a tightly closed structure and is provided with a filter 5 having waterproof property and gas permeability and penetrating holes (3b), 6a holding the filter 5. The pressure-adjusting structure is installed detachably on the cabinet from the outside, and has filter holding means 3, 6 which interconnect the inside and the outside of the cabinet by using an interconnecting hole 1b, which is bored on the cabinet and interconnects the inside and the outside of the cabinet and the penetrating holes (3b), 6a, when the pressure adjusting structure is installed detachably on the cabinet.
