PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor with connector which can be easily fabricated irrespective of the shape of a mounting plate to greatly improve workability in fabrication and eliminate the need for soldering to realize a lead-free capacitor. SOLUTION: A capacitor with connector includes a capacitor body 11 having at least two lead wires 16, extending from the bottom and a terminal plate 10 having at least two connection terminals 14, 15 electrically connected to two connector terminals 13 extending downwardly. Each of the two connection terminals 14, 15 has a groove narrower than the width of the lead wire 16, and the lead wire 16 is fixedly fitted in the groove.
