PURPOSE: To provide a dielectric ceramic composition that is suitable for a laminated chip capacitor in which Cu or Ag is used as an inner conductor, it can be sintered at a temperature of =<1,000deg.C and is suitable in the high frequency range. CONSTITUTION: When the formula is represented by x SrZrO3+(1-X)CaTiO3, the amounts of individual oxides are represented by a pts.wt. of B2O3, b pts.wt. of SiO2, c pts.wt. of ZnO, d pts.wt. of Al2O3 and e pts.wt. of Li2O, based on 100 pts.wt. of the main components satisfying the formula 1.00>=x>=0.60 where the individual components satisfies the following formulas: 1.80>a>=0.25, 1.80>b>=0.20, 1.80>c>=0.1, 1.10>d>=0, 6.30>e=<0.05, 10.00<a+b+c+d+e>=0.50. |
