A voxel generating part 12 defines the prescribed number of images as a reference image among a plurality of images and their adjacent images as reference images, generates a voxel which is a unit three-dimensional space going through a characteristic point in a voxel space about the characteristic point on the reference images and stores the voxel and color information C of the original characteristic point in the part 15. A voxel information comparing part 13 extends a projection line from the generated voxel toward each reference image and compares the color information of an intersection with the reference image with the information C. A three-dimensional information extracting part 14 extracts the three- dimensional coordinates and color information of the original characteristic point, when the difference between the color information and the information C is below a threshold.
