PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the number of required keys and to improve operability by determining a control signal corresponding to a numerical code inputted by the states of a main body of device. SOLUTION: A remote controller 1 transmits a control signal corresponding to a numerical code inputted by an input part 3 to the main body of device. Therefore, it is not necessary to provide the remote controller with a key for each function in the main body of device and the number of keys can be remarkably reduced. Thus, even when keys in the high-operability size are arranged, operability is prevented from getting adverse by making the remote controller 1 large-sized, besides, comparatively large characters can be described onto respective keys and visibility can be improved.
