PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form very narrow lens gaps by controlling the widths of the lens gaps between adjacent micro-lenses by catching the peripheral edge sections of thermally deformed resist films with a projecting line frame. SOLUTION: In a state where an organic protective film 220A is provided on the upper surface of a color filter 210 before micro-lenses are formed, a projecting line frame 240 is formed on the upper surface of the protective film 220A. The frame 240 has projecting lines 242 which are projected in a grid-like pattern correspondingly to the lens gaps among the micro-lenses, and controls the widths of lens gaps among adjacent micro-lenses, by receiving the peripheral edge sections of resist films at the time of forming the resist films having the surface shapes of micro-lenses by heating resist films for forming lens surfaces. Therefore, very narrow lens gaps can be formed. |
