PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify production stages and eventually to reduce a production cost while having an ultraviolet(UV) cut function by providing the above sheet with a base material layer having the UV cut function and a printing layer laminated on the base material layer by printing of display information. SOLUTION: The structure obtained by laminating a base material layer 2 on the rear surface and a printing layer 3 on the front surface is adopted. The base material layer 2 is formed of a synthetic resin into which a UV cut material is incorporated. The printing layer 3 is formed by printing the front surface of the base material layer 2 with pictures, characters, photographs, etc. The sheet 1 for illumination display having such a structure is illuminated by a fluorescent lamp, etc., from the rear surface side and is used as the illumination display for luminous display of the information of the printing layer 3. The sheet is capable of preventing the occurrence of the discoloration and decoloration of the printing layer 3 by UV rays by means of the UV cut function of the base material layer 2. Since there is no need for using the conventional UV cut material films, the stages may be omitted and the cost may be reduced.
