PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to spread crossing curtains by utilizing a fire fence and freely changing their positions and to spread the crossing curtains over a wide range by providing the fire fence with fall preventive pieces along its upper side and freely attachably and detachably providing respective bottom ends of a pair of poles with extension poles. SOLUTION: A fall preventive piece 17 is pressed to the upper edge of a fire fence 2 and is arranged in a position where the top edge of the crossing curtain can be extended tensly. An extension pole 19 is fitted to the aperture at the bottom end of a pole 4. In this case, a notched groove in the longitudinal direction is formed in a fitting part 20 of the extension pole 19 and, therefore, even if a bolt 9a is passed to the pole 4, the insertion of the pole is possible and the fitting part may be easily fixed simply by tightening a lock bolt. The cord of the crossing curtain is detained via an eyebolt 11d on the extension pole 19 side, by which the crossing curtain may be moved and spread to an arbitrary position in a horizontal direction and perpendicular direction by maintaining a free spacing at the top of the fire fence 2.
