PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjusting disk capable of precisely and efficiently performing various adjustments for an optical head and an optical disk system including the optical head. SOLUTION: In a pit forming area 18, plural tracks each consisting of pit array are provided concentrically, and all tracks are provided with the same information. As a result, a tracking servo mechanism and a track jump mechanism can be eliminated from the conventional adjusting system by jitter method, thereby attaining the jitter method adjustment only with a focus servo. In addition, an annular flat part 16 is arranged in the area 12 where fluctuation or variance in reflectivity can be reduced (an area equivalent to the information recording area of an ordinary optical disk) and, by utilizing this part 16 as a mirror surface, power adjustment of laser beams can precisely be performed in the state of applying the focusing. |
