<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately and simultaneously inform a whole control system about the occurrence of abnormality in an object to be monitored, which is connected to a terminal equipment, without detecting the idle state of a transmission line and to realize the safety precaution such as the stop of operations of respective parts. SOLUTION: When an overcurrent sensor 44 detects abnormality, a timer activating signal is outputted to a timer 71. The timer 71 starts the measuring of time by the timer activating signal and that is imparted to a switching part 72 and a transmission part 73. Thus, data whose logic value is fixed to '1' is outputted from the switching part 72 as abnormality notice data and is forcedly transmitted onto the transmission line 1 from the transmission part 73. The timer 71 clocks for only a prescribed time T1 and terminates the clocking operation, then that is imparted to the switching part 72. thus, the output of abnormality notice data from the switching part 72 is stopped, then the transmission of abnormality notice data from the transmission part 73 is stopped at the same time.</p> |
