PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat light source of white light using a blue emitting diode allowing observation of a uniform emission of white light. SOLUTION: A light emitting diode 1 having a transparent photo-guide plate 2 is connected optically, where a transparent film 6 is attached to the main surface of the photo-guide plate 2, and a phosphor emitting fluorescent material upon being energized with light emission from the light emitting diode 1 is provided on the film 6, and a fine surface unevenness is provided at the film surface contacting the photo-guide plate 2. |
