PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make clear the commercial transaction right of selling side to a specified user and to make presentable concrete design change information to the specified user. SOLUTION: When the specified user watches the commodity information of specified data managing side on a display part 9 of a user personal computer(PC) 2 and downloads that commodity information to a RAM 7 of the user PC 2 for exchanging information with a managing PC 4 of that specified data managing side, that downloaded information of the specified user and specified data managing side is registered on the side of an information managing computer 3. When reading that information, the information of the specified user and specified data managing side (such as user name, manufacture name and drawing number) can be watched only from the side of that managing PC 4 because of information protection by a password. Therefore, in the state of securing the confidentiality of user access information, the counterpart of commercial transaction of the specified user and the article the counterpart desires to purchase (manufacture and drawing number) are made clear on the selling side. |
