摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure the accurate ball identification coefficient not depending on the color of the ball surface, by forming a supporting base of an insulation material, providing a pair of terminals to the position where the conductive balls of respective holes are not in contact with each other, and then connecting these terminals with a conductor. SOLUTION: A mask 1 as the supporting base is formed of an insulation material, a plurality of holes 2 are provided, depth of these holes 2 is set equal to the diameter(d) of the conductive balls 3, and moreover the diameter D of the hole 2 is formed larger than the diameter(d) by 10%. As explained above, a copper foil 5 is allocated at the surface of the mask 1. At the copper foil 5, the center of the hole 2 at the lower end of each line is allocated at the side surface of the mask 1, the external connection terminals 6a to 6b are also allocated. Namely, the copper foil 5a is allocated to connect these external connecting terminals 6a to 6d. Moreover, the copper foil 5b is allocated to connect the centers of the holes of each line, and subsequently the copper foil 5c is also allocated to connect the centers of the holes 2 at the upper end in every two lines.
