PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cool a heat emitting body such as glass solidified body and simplify the facility and reduce the facility cost. SOLUTION: Inside a concrete cell chamber 3, many pieces of container tubes 4 are arranged in the state hung from the ceiling slab 5. Heat emitting bodies are contained and sealed in the container tubes 4. The container tubes 4 are made a single pipe structure having no ventilation pipe outside, and to send cooling air 14 to the heat emitting body containing part of the container tubes, steel shield walls 21 with open bottom end are placed in the cell chamber 3. A steel duct 22 connecting to the steel shield walls 21 inside is placed inside the outlet shaft 12. The cooling air 14 taken in the cell chamber 3 is made to flow in the steel shield walls 21 to cool the heat emitting body containing part of the container tubes 4 and discharged to the air through the steel duct 22.
