PROCESSING METHOD FOR IRON STEEL WORKING GAS

PURPOSE: A method of combining power generation is provided by a turbine and, thereby effectively generating thermal energy in a recovery boiler by processing and utilizing with a proper method iron steel working gas by burning the gas in a combustion section after the gas turbine, and downstream in the recovery boiler. CONSTITUTION: Iron steel working gas (high furnace gas, cokes furnace gas, and converter gas, etc.) is burned in a post-combustion section (6) located between an outlet of a power generating gas turbine (1) and an inlet of a recovery boiler (7) while arbitrarily supplying natural gas and air, and vapor from the recovery boiler (7) is utilized particularly for generation of electric energy. This is applied to combustion of residual gas and energy production in steel making.
